What’s the production lead time for reinvention pieces?

Once the design is approved and the deposit is received, the item will ship in 2-4 weeks. Based on your specific piece, items can be expedited for an extra fee. Inquire directly with Allison.

Do you gift wrap?

Your item will arrive in an amarx collection branded jewelry pouch and amarx collection branded bag with tissue paper.

What payment forms do you accept?

Amarx collection accepts cash, check, chase quickpay and venmo.

What are amarx collection’s business hours?

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you live in New York, you be charged standard state and city taxes. Customers outside of New York will not be charged taxes. Standard shipping rates apply.

How do I clean, care for and store my jewelry?

Fine jewelry requires tender, love and care to maintain its value, quality and lifespan. Amarx collection recommends you:

• Remove your jewelry before any strenuous and physical activities
• Remove your jewelry before showering, washing hands and doing dishes
• Wait 10 minutes to put jewelry back on after applying lotion, exfoliants and serums
• Keep your jewelry away from products with chemicals (ie. perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, hair products, etc)
• Lay your jewelry flat, ensuring stones don’t make direct contact with hard surfaces, when not in use
• Clasp necklaces when they aren’t being worn
• Clean jewelry by making a solution using lukewarm water and a mild dish soap; soak your item(s) for a few minutes, lightly scrubbing with a soft bristle toothbrush
